Anupama Gangavati, MD ( Board Certified in Internal Medicine); MD ( Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine)
Dr. Anupama Gangavati completed her Post graduate education in Internal Medicine (MD) from NEOUCOM affiliated hospitals, Ohio and Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine(MD) from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), Harvard Medical School (HMS), Boston. She is ABIM certified in both Internal and Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Anupama Gangavati was a resident and chief medical resident in Internal medicine at NEOUCOM affiliated hospitals, Canton, Ohio. She was a clinical and a research fellow in BIDMC, HMS. After her fellowship, Dr. Gangavati joined the faculty at Beth Israel Medical Center in the geriatrics department and Harvard Medical School, where she was a staff geriatrician and instructor in medicine for 6 years. During her time there, she was a recipient of the prestigious Geriatric Academic Career Award and pursued her academic interests and research activities. She then relocated to India where she was a Senior Geriatric Consultant at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore for 5 years.
