Charmaine Miller-Spencer, BSN, MTS, MS, APRN, NP-C

Charmaine Miller-Spencer, BSN, MTS, MS, APRN, ANP-C, AAHIVMS is a Nurse Practitioner at Parkland Hospital where she has provided primary and specialty care for people living with HIV/AIDS for 15 years. Charmaine is a certified adult nurse practitioner and a certified HIV specialist. Charmaine serves on the Texas Steering Committee and the Academy Committee on Racial Equity of the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She was the recipient of the 2015 Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Service Award for leadership in the field of healthcare. In her spare time Charmaine enjoys writing, reading and furniture restoration.
