Tomasz Jodlowski, PharmD, BCPS (AQ-ID), AAHIVP
Dr. Jodlowski earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 2004 from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, New York. He completed two post-graduate pharmacy residency training programs: one with the New York Harbor Healthcare System Department of Veteran Affairs and more recently as an infectious diseases resident (PGY-2) at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, Florida before becoming an Associate Clinical Professor at St. John’s University. Dr. Jodlowski served as an Infectious Diseases/HIV clinical pharmacist at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, NY from 2008 until 2015. He is currently an Infectious Diseases clinical pharmacy specialist at VA North Texas Healthcare System. Dr. Jodlowski had the opportunity to present posters at IDSA, ACCP and ASHP clinical meetings and published articles in leading journals including JAMA and CID.
