Dr. Mahmuda Islam completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University at Amarillo, Texas.  Dr. Islam brings to UTSW a strong background in inpatient internal medicine.  Her clinical practice emphasizes patent and family-centered care.  Outside of medicine and professional life, Dr. Islam loves outdoor activities, running, and gardening.  Other hobbies include reading and spending time with her family.
