Jeff Schaffert, Ph.D. Clinical Psychology

Dr. Schaffert is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and neuropsychologist at UT Southwestern Medical Center. His clinical interests focus on the assessment and diagnosis of dementing conditions, and he is the lead neuropsychologist in the interdisciplinary normal pressure hydrocephalus clinic. He has two main research interests: 1) the long term outcomes of TBI and its relationship with dementia later-in-life, and 2) the neuropsychological presentation of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus.
