Abey Thomas joined UT Southwestern in 2012 and is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Medical Director of Hospital Medicine for the University Hospital program. Main focus of research is Transitions of Care improvement strategies and has been involved in work related to COVID-19 lab tests for diagnosis and immune response. Additionally, has published several Graphic Medicine pieces in important peer reviewed journals.
