I am a medical student interested in treating urologic conditions in both adults and children. I have identified changes in stromal cells that neighbor tumors using novel genomics methods. I wrote a program that estimates cell-type fraction from a bulk sample put through high output sequencing. I worked on using machine learning to quickly and accurately grade prostate images and biopsies: I wrote a program that estimates the number of training images required to predict cancer at a chosen accuracy. I am currently analyzing the morbidity of delayed decompression after obstructing stones in pediatric patients.
