Stella Kang
Dr. Stella Kang performed her diagnostic radiology residency at NYU and an abdominal fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. She then obtained a master's degree in clinical investigation concentrated in comparative effectiveness research at NYU. She has served as a teaching fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health and Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in Advanced Medical Decision-Making, as Director for the RSNA VOICE Research Training Program and the AIRP/Neiman Health Policy Institute course on Comparative Effectiveness and Outcomes Research, as Chair of the ACR Steering Committee on Incidental Findings and as the ACR Appropriateness Criteria Specialty Chair for Gynecologic and Obstetrical Imaging. She has a joint appointment in the Department of Population Health at NYU Langone Health. As an NIH-funded principal investigator, Dr. Kang applies methods of comparative effectiveness research, including decision science and evidence synthesis, as well as health care delivery science.
