Safia Khan, M.D., D.ABSM, D.ABFM

Dr. Safia S. Khan is Diplomate, American Board of Family Medicine with specialization and board certification in Sleep Medicine. She completed her residency training in Family and Community Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, El Paso, TX after completing medical school at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Pakistan. She trained for Sleep Medicine fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW), Dallas, TX where she is currently working as Assistant Professor, training the sleep medicine fellows and family medicine residents.
Dr. Khan is the Director of Didactics and Assistant Program Director Sleep Medicine Fellowship UTSW site. Her special interests are sleep disorders in women, and primary prevention and early detection of sleep disorders in the general population.
