Theodoros Kelesidis, MD, PhD, Msc
Theodoros Kelesidis, MD, PhD, Msc is a physician scientist, internist – infectious diseases physician, teacher, researcher, and an Associate Professor of Medicine and Infectious Diseases at University of California, Los Angeles. His research focuses on infectious diseases, immunology and cardiometabolic complications of infectious diseases including HIV infection. Dr. Kelesidis is a graduate of the University of Athens Medical School (MD) and University of California Los Angeles (PhD, Msc). He is recognized as an international expert on infectious diseases and cardiometabolic syndrome and has received several awards for his research in this area. He has published > 150 original papers, chapters and reviews and has received numerous citations.
