It is my deep privilege to work with people in many different areas of their lives. I provide life coaching for individuals and couples and leadership coaching for physicians, medical staff and executives in healthcare as well as other industries. I also provide several workshops and programs (in person and virtually) to open the lines of communication, resolve interpersonal conflict, increase productivity and personal enjoyment as well as overall business success.

I began my business in 1986 with a commitment to make a difference in the world through empowering people to fully contribute their passion, talent and skills. And I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of people over the years and consider myself extremely fortunate that my business has expanded across the United States strictly by client referrals. I have worked with individuals, couples, startup companies and in several industries, with a primary focus in healthcare.
Whether my clients participate in a group workshop or have an in-depth personal coaching project; I consider it a true privilege to be a part of their lives.
I co-wrote the book The Art of Medical Leadership with Scott Conard, MD along with Nicole Oran. This is a collection of leadership distinctions and concepts for executive and operation team members, physicians, practice managers, nurses and medical staff. The book is now used as a workbook for The Art of Medical Leadership online program and video series.
