Matthew Hammer, Associate Professor, MD
Dr. Hammer is an associate professor of Radiology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Pediatric Radiology Division. Dr. Hammer also serves as the director of the Pediatric Radiology Fellowship program and outpatient imaging center. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging in children, as well as pediatric magnetic resonance (MR) enterography, MR urography and perineal imaging in Crohn’s disease. He earned his medical degree and completed a radiology residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After competing the Medical Education Scholars program, he also completed fellowship programs in pediatric radiology and in musculoskeletal radiology.
