Robert Kaiser, Clinical Professor UT Dallas, Ph.D.

SUMMARY:
Dr. Kaiser is a Clinical Professor of Healthcare Leadership and Management at the Jindal School of Management of the University of Texas at Dallas where he also leads the executive graduate program in Healthcare Leadership and Management.
EXPERIENCE:
Dr. Kaiser has served in a variety of executive and advisory roles including Senior VP of Health Benefit Solutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously he served as VP of Sales at Wageworks a leading on-demand provider of Consumer-Directed Benefits and the founder and CEO of BusinessWorks Inc. an enterprise eLearning company based in Dallas, TX.
In addition, he has had an active involvement in the business community serving as the past president of CEO Netweavers, past chairman for the Richardson, Tx Chamber of Commerce, and former board and executive committee member of Tech Titans.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Dr. Kaiser received a BS in Engineering from Purdue University, an MA in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University, and a Ph.D. in Learning Technology from the University of North Texas. He is also a registered professional engineer for the State of Texas and has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
