Instructions to Course Director:

American Board of Surgery (ABS) now requires that all CME activities submitted for ABS Continuous Certification be submitted directly by the Accredited Provider. As an Accredited Provider of Continuing Medical Education (CME), UT Southwestern Office of Continuing Education participates in direct reporting of eligible activities for ABS CC through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). In order to participate, Course Directors must register the CME Activity for CC.  You may complete this form to request registration of your activity. Upon completion of this form, the Office of CE will assist you in assuring the requested activity is registered for ABS CC.
