I started working at Garland in 2011 in a small facility where I managed trachs and vents. I assisted with the introduction and roll out of the LISA protocol to the unit and helped put in place the data collection sheet we currently use. I was published on a paper in collaboration with various others for "Decreasing Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Failure in preterm infants" in 2021. I participated in the PAS conference "Say No to Mechanical Ventilation" in Colorado in 2022.
