I joined Parkland in 2016 and started working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This is where I was able to collaborate on various quality improvement projects within the Neonatal unit join the CPAP committee. I assisted with the introduction and roll out of the LISA protocol to the unit and helped put in place the data collection sheet we currently use. I was published on a paper in collaboration with various others for "Decreasing Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Failure in preterm infants" in 2021. I participated in the PAS conference "Say No to Mechanical Ventilation" in Colorado in 2022.
