Glen Cook, M.D.
Dr. Cook is a staff neurologist and Director of the Autonomic Disorders Clinic at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda Maryland. He is the Director of the National Capital Consortium Neurology Residency Program. He serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Dr. Cook completed his Neurology Residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the National Capital Consortium in Bethesda and a Fellowship in Autonomic Disorders in the Clinical Neurocardiology Section of the NINDS of the National Institutes of Health. His previous positions include Director of the NCC Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship and staff neurologist and Director of Clinical Neurophysiology Laboratories at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, VA.
