Paola Sandroni, MD, PhD
Dr. Sandroni is a Professor of Neurology at Mayo Clinic Rochester. She graduated from Milan Medical School and subsequently moved to the US for additional research and clinical training. She joined the staff at Mayo after completing residency in Neurology, fellowship in peripheral nerve disorders and a pain medicine scholarship. She is certified in neuromuscular disorders, autonomic disorders and pain medicine besides neurology. She is division chair of the autonomic section at Mayo and chair of neurology of the Mayo health system hospital in Mankato. She teaches regularly at American Academy of Neurology and lectures all over the world. She has authored over 150 peer reviewed papers, a book and multiple book chapters.
