Ryan Miller, MSc
I am a PhD student in biomedical engineering with a background in sensorimotor and systems neuroscience. My graduate training is heavily focused on developing technology that can regulate the autonomic and motor functions of individuals living with spinal cord injury.
At the University of Calgary, I am performing pre-clinical trials aimed at preserving behaviour following spinal cord injury. I am also actively involved in clinical trials as part of an international collaboration that integrates brain and spine computer interfaces to promote recovery following spinal cord injury.
