Danielle Hernandez, MSW, LCSW
Danielle has over ten years of healthcare experience and six years of clinical mental health experience. She began her healthcare career as a health unit coordinator for the emergency department and intensive care unit at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. She then expanded her career to clinical mental health as an outpatient therapist and a program support manager at Washburn Center for Children in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Most recently, Danielle spent the last seven years transitioning from a social worker for the homeless, Care Management educator, Care Management manager to Director of Care Coordination at Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
