Dazhe Cao, MD, FACEP
Dr. James Cao, MD, FACEP is currently an assistant professor of emergency medicine and the program director for the medical toxicology fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He graduated from the emergency medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC and then completed a medical toxicology fellowship at the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center in Denver, CO. His academic interests are in teaching and curriculum development with research endeavors in lipid emulsion therapy, marijuana, and toxic alcohols.
