Tracy McKay, DO, FAAPMR, CAQSM
Dr. Tracy Espiritu McKay is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Prior to pursuing her medical career, Dr. McKay spent several years performing professionally in musical theatre which afforded her the opportunity to perform on many famous stages, including at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. She received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA and completed both her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship in Sports Medicine at New York University Rusk Rehabilitation in New York, NY. Dr McKay has served as consulting medical director for the Broadway show, HERE LIES LOVE and is a consulting physician for several professional dance companies including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Complexions, and Dance Theatre Harlem. She is currently the Chair of the AAPMR Performing Arts Medicine Community.
