Robbin Quillin, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Robbin Quillin, M.S.N., APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner in the Division of Cardiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she works in the Heart and Lung Clinic. Her practice focuses on managing advanced heart failure patients in the outpatient setting.
Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Ms. Quillin earned a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and later completed a post-graduate certificate as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner.
Before joining UT Southwestern in 2023, she briefly worked as a hospitalist with TeamHealth at Texas Health Fort Worth. In 2018, she joined Texas Health Heart & Vascular Specialists (formerly Consultants in Cardiology) to specialize in heart failure management. Ms. Quillin began her career as a bedside nurse in the cardiovascular ICU at Texas Health Fort Worth in 2001.
She has extensive experience in critical care nursing, post-open-heart recovery, intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella devices, continuous renal replacement therapy, trauma ER/ICU nursing, interventional radiology, hospitalist medicine, emergency medicine, and nurse management. She is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner.
