Dominic Moon, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center specializing in the treatment of head and neck cancers. He also serves as the Department's Associate Medical Director.

Dr. Moon earned his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School. He also spent a year conducting clinical and translational research at the National Institutes of Health through the prestigious Medical Research Scholars Program during his time in medical school. He completed his residency training in radiation oncology at the University of North Carolina Hospitals where he served as Chief Resident.

He is passionate about delivering patient-focused multidisciplinary care to achieve optimal cancer and patient-reported outcomes. His research focuses on clinical trial utilizing novel radiation techniques to minimize toxicity and treatment burden.
