Once logged in, verify your name is in the upper-right corner of the website.
From the Menu bar, select the My Account tab.
In the My Account page, select the Edit tab.
To Update Professional and Licensing Details
In the Profile sub-tab, scroll to the Board Certification section. You may update applicable fields, such as:
Board type
Board ID
Texas License number
Enter or update all required licensing information accurately.
This information is critical for proper CME credit reporting.
To submit credits to CE Broker, a profession must be specified. Please ensure that a profession is selected in the Texas Medical Board (TMB) Licensee Type field.
By entering your Board ID or License number:
You AUTHORIZE UT Southwestern Office of Continuing Education to report my participation to the ACCME and my state’s medical licensing board(s) and/or certifying board(s).
You AUTHORIZE ACCME to share my learner data that UT Southwestern enters into PARS with my state’s medical licensing board(s) and/or specialty certifying board(s).
This information will be used for credit reporting and may appear on printed materials.
Remember to Save Your Changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Select Save, Update, or Submit.
Wait for confirmation that your changes were saved successfully.
Verify Your Updates
Refresh the page or re-open your profile.
Confirm all changes appear correctly.
Make corrections immediately if something does not display as expected.
