2. Eligibility Requirements
- Abstracts represent and reflect outstanding scientific work from fellows, post docs, and students across hepatology, gastroenterology, transplant medicine, and related topics.
- All submissions are competitively reviewed by faculty and selected based on scientific rigor, clinical relevance, innovation, and potential to enhance patient care.
- Abstracts (posters) will be presented at the designated time published in the conference agenda.
- The abstract/poster session is not certified for CME credit.
3. Submission Deadline
- All abstracts must be submitted no later than 12pm on Monday, October 5, 2026.
- Late submissions cannot be accepted.
4. Abstract Preparation Guidelines
- General Requirements
- Maximum length: 500 words
- No tables, figures, or continuation pages
- Spell out all abbreviations at first use
- Work must be original

7. Notification of Acceptance
- The First Author will be notified by email.
- All co‑authors will be copied.
- Poster session/presentation time allotments will be determined at acceptance.
8. Conference Registration
- Abstract acceptance does not include registration or discounts.
- All presenters must register for the conference independently.
