2. Eligibility Requirements

Abstracts represent and reflect outstanding scientific work from fellows, post docs, and students across hepatology, gastroenterology, transplant medicine, and related topics.
All submissions are competitively reviewed by faculty and selected based on scientific rigor, clinical relevance, innovation, and potential to enhance patient care.
Abstracts (posters) will be presented at the designated time published in the conference agenda.
The abstract/poster session is not certified for CME credit.

3. Submission Deadline

All abstracts must be submitted no later than 12pm on Monday, October 5, 2026.
Late submissions cannot be accepted.

4. Abstract Preparation Guidelines

General Requirements
- Maximum length: 500 words
- No tables, figures, or continuation pages
- Spell out all abbreviations at first use
- Work must be original

Required Content (Poster Format)
- All submissions must include:
  - Title
  - Purpose of the study
  - Methods
  - Results
  - Conclusions
  - Author Information
    - List all authors, including valid email addresses.

Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
- Clarity of purpose/problem statement
- Quality of research methods
- Relevance to medical practice and contribution to the field

Abstract acceptance does not include registration or discounts.
All presenters must register for the conference independently.
