Dr. Vishal Kapadia, DO, FAAHPM, is a regional physician leader at Monogram Health and a board-certified palliative medicine specialist. With a background spanning biomedical engineering, internal medicine, palliative care in multiple healthcare settings, and leadership, Dr. Kapadia focuses on the intersection of value-based care, population health strategy, and clinical operations. As a leader in home-based palliative care, he is dedicated to designing and scaling innovative care models that honor patient goals while delivering measurable value for complex populations.

Outside of his clinical leadership, Dr. Kapadia is a proud father of twin daughters and a passionate community advocate. He serves on the board of the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas, working to support and empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families. When he isn’t advancing healthcare strategy or chasing his girls around, you can find him exploring local nature trails, traveling, or playing pickleball.
