Purpose and Overview
The purpose of this presentation is to give an overview of the therapeutic landscape for advanced melanoma. We will review and focus on the current management with immune checkpoint inhibitors including adjuvant therapy and treatment for metastatic disease. We will discuss novel and emerging therapies beyond immune checkpoint inhibitors including relevant studies.
Target Audience
UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents and medical students, community physicians, nurse clinicians, physician assistants and nurses.

- Identify the mechanism of action for immune checkpoint inhibitors and other therapies in advanced melanoma
