Purpose and Overview
The purpose of this presentation is to provide the audience with a clinical and research update on the diagnosis, implications, and management of mild autonomous cortisol secretion.
Target Audience
UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents and medical students, community physicians, nurse clinicians, physician assistants and nurses.

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Review epidemiology of adrenal tumors and prevalence of mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS)
- Review diagnosis of MACS
- Describe clinical consequences of MACS
- Review approach to management of MACS.
