Purpose and Overview
The purpose of this session is to provide physicians with a framework to navigate the transitions surrounding parental leave. Listeners will receive a review of recent trends in parental leave policies nationally and internationally as well as the effects of paid parental leave on physician parents.
Target Audience
UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents and medical students, community physicians, nurse clinicians, physician assistants and nurses.
