Purpose and Overview

We will examine quality of life in cirrhosis, its drivers, and its solutions.

Target Audience

UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents and medical students, community physicians, nurse clinicians, physician assistants and nurses.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  • List the symptoms of cirrhosis
  • Improve muscle cramps, itching, sleep dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and chronic pain in patients with cirrhosis
  • Identify tools that facilitate clinical care and research that improves quality of life for people with cirrhosis
