Purpose and Overview
Describe the bench-to-clinic drug discovery story for farabursen, an investigational RNA therapeutic drug for ADPKD.
Target Audience
UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents and medical students, community physicians, nurse clinicians, physician assistants and nurses.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Obtain basic insights into ADPKD pathogenesis
- Appreciate the development life cycle of oligonucleotide drugs for kidney diseases
