138 OB/GYN Stillbirth Meeting (011620)

The purpose of this conference is to review cases of all stillborn babies delivered at Parkland Hospital. The format consists of a two-hour small-group discussion with case studies.

OB/Gyn Clinical Faculty, OB/Gyn Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellows, Perinatal Surgical Pathologists

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Have a greater understanding of the pregnancy complications associated with stillborn fetuses.
2. Increase their knowledge of how to manage a subsequent pregnancy following a stillbirth.
3. Improve their ability to communicate with the parents of stillborn fetuses.
