This series is designed to provide continuing education for Emergency Medicine physicians and staff.  This series is intended to deliver education to our target audience using non-formal structure that allows more flexibility and options in methods, experiential, reinforcement, and integrative.

Target Audience

Practicing Emergency Medicine faculty and community physicians, residents-in-training, fellows, medical students, nurses, and other interested healthcare professionals.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1.    Critically appraise scientific literature
2.    Discuss how recent literature will affect current practice
3.    Improve presentations of journal articles
4.    Balance experience of more seasoned practitioners with evidence-based medicine and apply to clinical practice
