Interesting diagnostic and management hepatology cases will be presented. Format is case presentation including laboratory and radiology review, review of pertinent literature and summary of findings with discussion of management.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  1. Apply a logical and systematic approach to patient evaluation and management
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of the pathophysiology of the disease state under discussion
  3. Construct the evaluation and management of patients with difficult diagnostic and therapeutic problems
  4. Identify key findings of the patients presentation that assist in diagnosis of the condition under discussion
