231 Pediatric Radiology Divisional Grand Rounds: "Imaging of Pediatric Brain Tumors - Past, Present, Future” (021622)
The Pediatric Radiology Division provides a range of diagnostic and interventional radiology services for newborns to children and teenagers. This quarterly series will ensure that providers are exposed to the current imaging needs of pediatric patients and provided the opportunity to collaborate with physicians in other services to develop best-practice diagnoses and treatment strategies to improve patient care. Through the development of this educational series, innovative imaging techniques, procedures, and therapies will be introduced to UTSW. This educational initiative will target pediatric providers of North Texas with topics covered in Pediatric Radiology, Pediatric Neuroradiology, and Pediatric Interventional Radiology.
THIS ACTIVITY IS INTENDED FOR PROVIDERS IN THE SPECIALTIES OF:
- Describe specific imaging techniques and procedures related to pediatric patients.
- Discuss cutting-edge pediatric imaging techniques and procedures
- Describe and discuss the current pediatric imaging guidelines and ways they can be implemented into practice.
