UTSW Health System Celebration of Excellence 2021: High-Performing Teams (RP2102D)
The UTSW Health System Celebration of Excellence, is a health system-wide event that will highlight examples of innovation and improvement in quality, patient experience, people, and financial stewardship throughout the Health System. This year’s Celebration of Excellence will focus on teamwork and communication, and how the tools and strategies contribute to how High-Performing Teams function during challenging times. Attendees of the keynote lecture and fireside chat during this online event will learn about team-building strategies that include focus areas such as servant leadership, psychological safety, and creating a climate of mutual respect and shared values. All UT Southwestern Health System employees are encouraged to attend.

- Describe the drivers of team effectiveness and value of teams.
- Recall the 7 C's of teamwork, and how they influence team effectiveness.
