108 Digestive and Liver Diseases CME Seminars: "On Call Top 10/ Wilson's/A1AT" (070716)
This series is designed to provide an ongoing forum of new developments in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. The course utilizes primarily a lecture format accompanied by slides and a question and answer period. Some sessions use a clinical case presentation, with discussion, followed by a slide presentation and a question and answer period.
Target Audience
UT Southwestern faculty, fellows, residents, medical students, community physicians, nurses, physician assistants.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Discuss clinical, research, and scholarly reviews of major topics in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
2. Apply educational matter in core areas of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
3. Analyze reviews of important clinical problems in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, all with emphasis on recent advances that stimulate interest in life-long learning so that the enhanced knowledge base can be translated into improved patient care and research.
