This program is designed to provide an ongoing forum to obtain information about new developments in nephrology utilizing lectures and slides.
Practicing physicians, including O’Brien Kidney Center Staff, UT Southwestern faculty and community physicians.
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Describe the cardiovascular morbidity experienced by children receiving chronic PD
2. List risk factors and management strategies related to anemia in children on PD
3. Describe global variations in PD care provided to children with end-stage renal disease
