Despite the rapidly increasing prevalence, treatment has been limited to avoidance until recent developments demonstrating the potential efficacy of desensitization therapies and biologic interventions aimed at protecting against anaphylaxis.

The Performance Excellence and Quality Management course was established with the goal of providing faculty and staff with the tools needed to initiate and maintain change. The purpose of this course is to provide healthcare professionals and staff with the skills and knowledge required to lead Quality Improvement (QI) projects and change initiatives. This one-day live course is designed to provide practicing ophthalmologists a comprehensive day of updates and latest advances in the ophthalmology field.
