TSRH Controversies in Pediatric Limb Reconstruction (JS1902C)

This interactive symposium will provide a venue for physicians from around the world to collaborate on the latest techniques and controversies in various pediatric limb deciencies, such as Blount’s disease, congenital pseudoarthrosis of the tibia, congenital femoral and tibial de ciencies, Perthes disease and biological stimulation of growth. Our goal is to provide a deep learning experience for practitioners and provoke discussion that improves care for children everywhere.

Target Audience

This course is designed for practicing pediatric orthopedic surgeons, pediatric orthopedic fellows, general orthopedic surgeons with an interest in lower extremity reconstruction for a variety of pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  • Identify and discuss the most current controversies in the treatment of Blount’s Disease
  • Identify and discuss the most current controversies in the treatment of congenital lower limb deficiencies
  • Identify and discuss the most current controversies in the treatment of congenital pseudarthorsis of the tibia
  • Identify and discuss the most current controversies in the treatment of Perthes disease
