These sessions are designed to improve the technical performance and interpretation of echocardiograms in complex congenital and acquired heart disease. Case studies are presented, followed by discussion of new noninvasive methods of evaluation and medical and/or surgical management options. All attendees are invited to participate in the discussion.

Pediatric cardiologists and sonographers caring for pediatric patients with congenital and acquired heart disease

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to have a better understanding of recent advances in echocardiography in management of pediatric patients with congenital and acquired heart disease.
