John Day, MD, PhD, Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics, Stanford University
After completing his Neurology, Neuromuscular and Clinical Neurophysiology training at the University of California, San Francisco, Dr. Day moved to the University of Minnesota in 1992, where he became Professor of Neurology, Pediatrics, and Genetics, Cell Biology and Development and Director of the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Muscular Dystrophy Center before taking a position at Stanford University in 2011, as Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics, and Director of the Neuromuscular Medicine Division. Dr. Day has been involved in the diagnosis, care and investigation of neuromuscular patients for more than 30 years.
