Lauren Smith is a Senior Learning Consultant in Organizational Development and Training, which is a division within Human Resources at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has worked for UT Southwestern for over 17 years. She did her undergraduate degree Texas A& M University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

In her current position, Lauren speaks and facilitates training on many topics including DISC Behavior Styles, Generational Differences, Coaching, Communication, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Difficult Conversations, Strengths Finder, Executive Presence, Influencing and Trust. Lauren is a certified trainer for both DDI and AchieveGlobal. Other certifications include InsideOut Coaching, Inspiring Trust and Crucial Accountability. Lauren also does Executive Coaching and is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.
