Ugo Okpewho, Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
Ugo is a healthcare actuary with over 20 years of management and technical experience in the healthcare industry, including a variety of leadership roles with leading consulting firms and insurance companies. He has extensive experience in healthcare research and benefit program designs, evaluating healthcare cost and utilization statistics & trends as well as economic modeling of various healthcare initiatives.
He is currently a Managing Director in the Healthcare Risk Management & Advisory segment at FTI Consulting, a global management consulting firm and is located in New York City. At FTI, he assists numerous clients with actuarial modeling and analyses related to the commercial Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare & Medicaid markets. He also assists clients with value-based care initiatives, innovative payment models, ACO development, risk management strategies and managed care contracting.
He received a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Financial Analysis and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
