Bailey Krais, BSN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW works at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas in the Neonatal ICU. She graduated from the University of Arkansas Eleanor Mann School of Nursing in 2014 and has been in the NICU since 2016. She is the Tiniest Texan Committee Chair and is committed to multidisciplinary collaboration and ensuring the extremely low birth weight infants receive excellent care throughout their stay. Bailey is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Nursing degree, with a Neonatal NP focus at the University of South Alabama.
