Complete the "Exhibitor Registration form" and return by Friday, August 30, 2024 to notify us of your company's intent to Exhibit. - Confirmation:
Your company's participation is confirmed upon receipt of the signed Letter of Agreement (LOA).The required Letter of Agreement (LOA) form will be sent via DocuSign within a few business days after you send the completed "Exhibitor Registration form" by Email. Please complete the LOA form and return by Monday, September 9, 2024
A counter-signed copy of the agreement will be sent back to the contacts noted on the "Exhibitor Registration form" as initial confirmation of your exhibit space. - Payment:
Payment is due by Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Payment should be submitted after the fully executed agreement is completed.Along with the counter-signed agreement, you will also receive login information in order to make an online payment. Instructions may be requested for payment by check.
Exhibit Space Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing at least ten business days prior to the start of the course. If a cancellation is received after this time, no refund will be provided.

Learning Objectives
- Define and differentiate between various types of retinal diseases.
- Recognize the common symptoms and signs of retinal diseases.
- Describe the diagnostic tools and procedures used to detect retinal diseases.
- Describe the anatomy and physiology of the eyelids, orbit, tear ducts, and surrounding facial structures.
- Identify and differentiate between common oculoplastic conditions such as ptosis, entropion, ectropion, blepharoplasty, orbital fractures, and tear duct obstructions.
- Recognize early signs of complications associated with oculoplastic surgeries and manage them appropriately.
- Recognize the early signs and symptoms of glaucoma and the latest treatment methods available.
- Develop skills to effectively communicate with patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, and the importance of adherence to prescribed therapies.
- Recognize risk factors and causes leading to corneal complications. Identify strategies in complicated corneal surgical cases to optimize outcomes.
Complimentary parking is available in the garage located adjacent to the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building (NG3), which is not restricted on weekends.
After entering the main drive at 6001 Forest Park Rd., take an immediate right into the parking garage. From the garage, walk across the breezeway and follow the directional signs to the conference auditorium.

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
