Required Submissions:
- Registration:
Complete the "Exhibitor Registration form" to notify us of your company's intent to Exhibit. Please complete the form and return by Friday, February 21, 2025. - Confirmation:
Your company's participation is confirmed upon receipt of the signed Letter of Agreement (LOA). The required Letter of Agreement (LOA) form will be sent via DocuSign within a few business days after you send the completed "Exhibitor Registration form" by Email. Please complete the LOA form and return by Friday, March 7, 2025.
A counter-signed copy of the agreement will be sent back to the contacts noted on the "Exhibitor Registration form" as initial confirmation of your exhibit space. - Payment:
Along with the counter-signed agreement, you will also receive login information in order to make an online payment. Instructions may be requested for payment by check. Payment should be submitted after the fully executed agreement is completed. Payment is due by Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Exhibit Space Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing at least ten business days prior to the start of the course. If a cancellation is received after this time, no refund will be provided.

Learning Objectives
POINT-OF-CARE ULTRASOUND (POCUS):
- Review the physics of ultrasound imaging;
- Utilize ultrasound physics to improve point-of-care ultrasound imaging;
- Utilize point-of-care cardiac imaging to evaluate cardiac function and make specific diagnoses;
- Utilize point-of-care pulmonary imaging to diagnose and exclude specific lung conditions;
- Utilize point-of-care abdominal imaging to evaluate the acute abdomen;
- Utilize point-of-care vascular imaging to detect deep venous thrombosis;
- Integrate point-of-care imaging to augment physical examination and improve management.
ULTRASOUND-GUIDED REGIONAL ANESTHESIA (UGRA):
- Demonstrate the correct sonographic technique for identification of the brachial plexus and individual nerves of the upper extremity and associated vascular and musculoskeletal structures
- Demonstrate the correct sonographic technique for identification of nerves of the lower extremity and associated vascular and musculoskeletal structures;
- Demonstrate the correct sonographic technique for performance of truncal blocks including transversus abdominis plane block, rectus sheath block, and quadratus lumborum block
- Demonstrate the correct sonographic technique for performance of chest wall blocks, including erector spinae plane block, serratus anterior plane block, pectoserratus plane block, and parasternal blocks (pectointercostal fascial block and transversus thoracic muscle plane block)
- Describe risk factors of local anesthetic systemic toxicity and propose a strategy to avoid and treat this complication.
