6th Annual UTSW Health System Celebration of Excellence (RP2404D)
The UTSW Health System Celebration of Excellence, is a day-long event that will highlight examples of innovation and improvement in quality, patient experience, people, and financial stewardship throughout the Health System. During this event, the keynote lecture and fireside chat will explore strategies for fostering psychological safety and enhancing team dynamics within the organization, particularly the importance of high-performing teams in delivering high-quality care. This activity serves as a platform for recognizing individuals and teams who have made significant contributions to the health system's success. Open to the entire campus, this annual event will feature speakers and poster presentations that focus on the outstanding efforts and successes of our employees on a daily basis. Networking among peers to exchange ideas is encouraged serving as a catalyst for positive change and collective growth in an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Physicians, APPs, nurses, clinical support staff, and other health care professionals (non-clinical staff) responsible for ensuring highly reliable support processes.
