The purpose of this program is to provide a forum to review and discuss the clinical management of patients and to evaluate issues confronted by today’s physician in both public and private clinical practice and medical research

Faculty, fellows, residents, community physicians, and physician researchers interested in today’s ethical issues in medicine.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Define the importance of medical ethics through history in the context of the medical profession and describe how these obligations are central to the preservation and improvement of the medical profession.
2. Describe and discuss how ethical dilemmas have developed over the course of history and the impact that history has had on the development of medical ethics.
