UT Southwestern’s Department of Radiation Oncology offers a quarterly CME course published in tandem with the department newsletter “The Target.” Learners who choose to read the designated CME article in each issue or online will be familiarized with the appropriate use of radiation therapy for the management of different types of cancers. This may include the combination of radiotherapy with other therapies, use of particular advanced technologies, outcomes for specific disease sites, and general best practices.
